Light, LAN cable DVI KVM extender SK-981DU
Remotely operate a DVI monitor and mouse/keyboard, as well as USB devices, extending up to 20 km with optical cables and up to 152 m with LAN cables.
The SK-981DU is a dual-purpose extender equipped with both an optical module and a LAN port. The optical module supports 1LC (single-core) for both single-mode and multi-mode, while the LAN port uses Cat-5e/6, allowing for a maximum extension of 20km for optical and 152m for LAN. The included optical module is compatible with both single-mode and multi-mode. The maximum extension distance is 20km for single-mode and 2km for multi-mode. The supported resolution allows for full HD (1920×1080) display even at maximum extension. The SK-981DU enables PC sharing. By using a gigabit hub, it allows operation of PCs from multiple remote locations. The SK-981DU is a device that extends DVI monitors and USB mice/keyboards, but the receiver at the extension end can connect USB devices other than mice/keyboards. It is possible to mix with the SK-981HU (HDMI version).
